Renegotiation Empty Renegotiation

Should both leaders agree, or should lbs21 and PoWeRoVeRlOaDiNg and the opposing team's leader agree, or other persons set by the opposing team's raid leader, the raid rules may be amended. Any new amendment must be placed in a new section, and not added to the previous sections, and will be deleted at the end of war. If there is a disagreement concerning an amendment, the amendment DOES NOT pass. However, if the required people at one time agreed to an amendment, then retracted their agreement, and this can be proven with screenshots, the amendment DOES pass.
