Goodwill Clause Empty Goodwill Clause

As a final clause, both the opposing and LCD agree to display exemplary sportsmanship regardless of circumstance, and be humane in conversation and in action with and against one another. Neither side shall lie, or allow a lie to be widespread and propagated if they are in knowledge as to the truth. Loopholes in the exact wording of the agreement, but violate the agreement in understand or in nature, shall not be allowed.
